Terrible Product

It doesn't work. I followed the instructions to add a measured 1/2 teaspoon of salt. It still does not work. I have been doing foot baths for over 20 years and have never had this challenge. Miss the old controller that worked all of the time and did a great job. This one needs to be thrown away. Customer Service is terrible, too. They don't answer emails or voice messages. Caught a live person one day who advised about the salt...otherwise, no one has contacted my numerous messages.
